Failures are the reason I can see what's next. What do you usually do?

I design programs.
I had no knowledge or experience in this field, but since I joined the company, I have been able to do it with a lot of teaching from senior staff and my own efforts.

The overall specifications of the equipment are determined by reflecting Echo Giken's original specifications and the customer's requests, but even though I have been working in this industry for 26 years, I still find new things every day.

There are always urgent modifications and responses before and after the equipment is up and running, but I am most pleased when the customer expresses his/her appreciation for our sincere efforts.

I am happy to be able to work from the beginning to the end.

I used to design automobiles, but I was attracted to a job where I can be involved in robot manufacturing from start to finish, so now I design, assemble, and start up robots on site.

I am very happy to be able to be involved not only in the design but also in the manufacturing and on-site start-up of a single product.

Because there is no room for error, the great sense of accomplishment when a product is successfully completed is very appealing.

I would like to focus on launching and introducing 3D CAD.
Since it has only been four years since I joined the company, my goal is to increase my knowledge of non-robotics as much as possible.

Although there is a lot of work that I have to carry out alone, I find enjoyment in finally working together with the staff to create a single piece of work.

I decided to join the company because I was interested in "manufacturing" and the "semiconductor industry.
Currently, I am working in the manufacturing section, focusing on piping work, and I am starting by learning various things.

I feel very happy and rewarded when the finished product is completed beautifully.

Since I have no experience in this field, there are many technical terms that I have never heard of, but they are all new to me and I am eager to catch up with the speed and level of conversation of my seniors as soon as possible.

I would like to find my strengths so that I can say, "I can trust you with this.

I am struggling and pushing forward day by day, but my seniors are all willing to teach me without hesitation. I hope to quickly become a full-fledged employee and increase the number of things I can do.

The fun of seeing my ideas take shape.

I mainly work on the piping part of the manufacturing process.

I visualize in my mind how to connect the piping so that as little chemicals as possible remain, and then I actually assemble the piping. I not only connect the pipes, but also consider how easy it is to maintain the equipment after it is delivered to the customer.

The piping connections change as the specifications of the equipment change, so I have to expand my image each time and go through a trial-and-error process. But this is the fun part! When the project is completed exactly as I imagined, I can directly feel the fun of this job.

I think the most important goal and difficulty is to ensure that I do things without mistakes.
I would like to continue tightening piping firmly every day while cultivating my imagination.
